If you are almost ready to submit your Professional Review Report, please be sure that it contains all the information we are expecting.
Our goal is to avoid having to contact you again for further information, which would slow down the assessment process. By meeting these requirements, we can directly send your report to the Assessor. Your report must include evidence of the continuous professional development you have completed during the past year (only if you have been a member for at least a year).
Please include a diagram showing where you fit within your organization, showing your manager and anyone who reports directly to you.
Attach a document that includes your action plan for the upcoming year, including your goals and goals for the company, as well as your training and development plans.
